Day 1

I decided to begin a food journal to document exactly what I eat every day to help me lose weight. Short, sweet, and to the point. I'll also include any exercise that day. I'll try to put a calorie count (estimate) My goal is to not exceed 800 calories per day and lose 30lbs by the end of the year. (4 months from now)

16oz coffee
1tsp half and half
1tbs sugar
2 small fruit candies
amy's rice mac n cheese microwave dinner (single serving)
small chipotle salad (lettuce, rice, black beans, guacamole, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, salsa, grilled chicken, grilled peppers and onions, honey vinaigrette)
iced tea, no sugar or sugar subsitute

overall calories - 1029
gah! a bit over. thats okay, anything shy of 2000 is progress.


no jogging today due to weather issues.
i'll just get some ab workouts, pushups, and leg exercises in before bed.
